PENINSULA: FREE on purchases over €59. Standard shipping (2-4 days) €3.57 for purchases under €59. Express delivery (24/48h) €5.95.
BALEARIC ISLANDS: Standard shipping €9.95. FREE on purchases over €90.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: Standard shipping €14.95 FREE on purchases over €150 (These shipments are subject to possible customs duties and taxes).
PORTUGAL: Standard shipping €4.95. FREE on purchases over €90. Express delivery (24/48h) €6.95.
EUROPE: Standard shipping €13.95.
REST OF THE WORLD: Standard shipping €50 (These shipments are subject to possible payments of customs duties and taxes).
The cost of returns will depend on each case, indicated in question 05. For returns, contact us at email@example.com within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
02. When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared at the time payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Items purchased in the ILOVEBELOVE online store are sent by courier with a period of between 2 and 4 days in standard shipping. With Express shipping between 24/48 hours in the peninsula, if the garments are in stock.
Important: The delivery time for shipments to the rest of Europe and the world arose from each country and varies between 7 or 15 days.Always after confirmed payment.
03. What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
The ILOVEBELOVE online store has the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer as payment method, you must indicate the web order number in the concept of the transfer.
04. I have chosen the wrong size or I am simply not satisfied with my order. Can I change it?

05. Do I have to pay anything for my return?
To proceed with an exchange or return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request it by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product. Shipping, return and/or first exchange costs are free in the Spanish peninsula from €59 of purchase. For purchases destined outside the Spanish peninsula and/or for an amount less than €59, the shipping costs, returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer, returns postage due will not be accepted.
In the event that the item shipped was defective, ILOVEBELOVE would assume the total cost of the shipment for its exchange and/or return.
Size changes are subject to product availability.
06. How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.
07. When will I receive the amount of my refund?
When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount that will be credited to your account by the same payment method that you made. Returns with bank cards or PayPal usually take between 7 and 10 business days.
08. I have received an incorrect item in my order.
You must immediately contact email@example.com specifying the data and number of your order. We will take care of resolving it in the shortest possible time.
