01. Do you ship to the entire Spanish territory? Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are:

PENINSULA: Free shipping.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: €25 (These shipments are subject to possible customs duty and tax payments).

The cost of returns will depend on each case, see rates.

02. When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared at the time payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Items purchased in the ILOVEBELOVE online store are sent by courier or postal mail within 48 to 72 hours in the peninsula, if the garments are in stock. If you have to make them between 6 to 7 working days.
Important: The delivery time for shipments to the rest of Europe and the world will depend on each country and varies between 5 or 15 days. Always after confirmed payment.

The ILOVEBELOVE online store has the following payment methods: transfer and credit card through PayPal and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer as payment method, you must indicate the web order number in the concept of the transfer.

04. I have chosen the wrong size or I am simply not satisfied with my order. Can I change it?
Of course you can change it but you will have to bear the shipping costs to our warehouses, whether you want to make an exchange for another item or if you want to return it.

To return an item purchased at ILOVEBELOVE you just have to contact a courier company or the Post Office and send us the item. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer who wishes to make the return. In the event that the item shipped was defective, ILOVEBELOVE would assume the total cost of the shipment for its exchange and/or return.
